    Looks like Spring Training. Field stone walls look like they could be Brookside Park. Chicago White Sox 1938?

    Davis and Bill, you beat me to it! William Wrigley, Jr. at Brookside Park with his baseball team was my guess as well although I know that Catalina was their spring training site.
